Falcon Coach Hire has a long history of service in Surrey and in recent years has diversified into local bus services throughout North East Surrey and South West London. Taking over the popular 461 route led to an opportunity to rebrand the bus service side of the business. Rise was delighted to offer a full suite of services including a new website, mobile app, bus tracking and journey planning. We worked closely with the Falcon team to get the site and e-commerce site open for business for the week of the 461 Flagship launch.
Falcon is positioning the 461 as its 'flagship' service and installing NextStop® WiFi and Audio Visual screens to enhance the enjoyment and convenience of every journey on the route (see www.nextstopapp.co.uk for more).
