RISE in Action: Supporting Operators on the Ground

10.07.2026 | 2 min read

At RISE DM, staying close to our customers is at the heart of everything we do. Recent site visits to leading bus operators across the UK highlight our commitment to hands-on support, collaboration, and delivering accessible technology where it matters most—on the vehicles themselves.

White Bus Visit – Windsor

A productive visit took place in Windsor, where Simon Rowland, CEO of White Bus, welcomed Kate Holder, Customer Success Manager and Ian Dennis, General Manager at RISE DM, for an on-site client session. The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen our partnership, review ongoing projects, and ensure that our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of operators and passengers alike.
Being on-site allows our team to better understand day-to-day operations and tailor support accordingly, reinforcing our shared goal of delivering high-quality, reliable passenger experiences.

WNCT / Go To Town – Hands-On Installation

On 6th July, Nick Elvin, Operations Manager at WNCT / Go To Town, joined Stephen Conyers, Senior Software Developer and Ian Dennis, General Manager from RISE for a practical installation session on one of their Mellor vehicles. The team worked together to install the PSVAIR screen and hearing loop system—key accessibility features designed to enhance communication for all passengers.
This collaborative, hands-on approach ensures that installations are completed efficiently while also giving operators valuable insight into the technology being deployed across their fleet.

Building Stronger Partnerships

These visits reflect more than just project milestones—they represent the strength of our relationships with operators. By working side-by-side with teams on the ground, RISE DM continues to deliver solutions that are not only innovative but also practical, reliable, and aligned with real-world needs.
We look forward to continuing our work with operators across the network, supporting accessibility, compliance, and improved passenger journeys every step of the way.
