Cambridgeshire’s oldest operator, Whippet (founded 1919), has officially launched a suite of major upgrades to its mobile app and customer website, powered by Rise Digital Media.
The latest release focuses on making passenger information easier to access, simplifying navigation, and delivering a faster experience across all digital touchpoints. Behind the scenes, the enhanced platform improves overall system reliability while significantly lowering ongoing digital management costs - including a reduced reliance on third-party mapping API data feeds.
