Frequent and short notice changes to Covid regulations and guidance, often impacting directly on bus and coach services for schools, workplaces and commuter services has led to us working very closely together to implement a range of changes to your apps and websites in order to ensure passengers have always had access to the latest service information, timetables, ticketing products and vehicle movements. And we’ve also had to deal with BODS!
The team and I have learnt an awful lot in 2021, and with your continued support and feedback we have provisioned a number of feature updates to the mobility platforms across our BusHub and NextStop brands for 2022. We look forward to sharing these exciting developments with you in due course.
